All cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of treatment amount.

 

All cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of treatment amount.

 

Any notice 48 hours or more will not be charged the cancellation fee.
