• Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners

• No waxing, chemical hair removal, or injectables (Botox/fillers) for 2 weeks

Specific to Forma:

• Hydrate well before treatment

• Shave facial hair day of, if applicable

• Remove metal jewelry near treatment area

24–48 Hours Before:

• Avoid exfoliation and active products

• Keep skin calm, free from sunburn or irritation

• Arrive with clean, product-free skin

Post-Care (0–72 Hours After)

• Redness or tightness is normal, especially after peels or Forma

• Avoid:

  • Intense exercise, hot tubs, or saunas

  • Sun exposure

  • Active products (retinoids, acids, exfoliants)

  • Makeup (24 hrs post-dermaplaning or chemical peel)

• Use only gentle cleanser, soothing moisturizer, and SPF 30+

Specific to Enzyme Therapy:

• Avoid masks or exfoliants for 3–5 days

• No resurfacing agents for 5–7 days

Specific to Forma:

• No cold compress or anti-inflammatory meds post-treatment

• Hydrate internally and topically

Next 5–7 Days:

• No active ingredients until skin is calm

• Allow any peeling to happen naturally

• Use SPF daily

Pre-Care (2–4 Weeks Before):

• No sun exposure, tanning, or self-tanners

• Discontinue waxing/threading/depilatories

• No Botox/fillers for 2 weeks prior

7 Days Before:

• Stop retinoids, acids, exfoliants, acne treatments

• Avoid irritating products

• No antibiotics or photosensitizing meds

Day of Treatment:

• Arrive with clean skin

• No makeup, lotion, or deodorant

• Avoid exercise or heat

• Shave body areas if applicable

Post-Care (0–10 Days):

• Use cool compresses or calming products (e.g., Aloe Vera)

• Use Hale Derma to reduce inflammation

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, exercise, and makeup for 48 hrs

• Do not scrub, pick, or exfoliate

• Let pigment flake naturally

• Avoid sun; use SPF 30+ daily

• Resume actives only when fully healed

Important:

• No waxing, tweezing, or epilation (shaving okay)
